Pre and Postnatal


As a mother, I completely understand the goals and desires that are needed in these peculiar moments of our lives. A specific prenatal exercise helps to reduce the risk of lower back pain and maintain strength.

The postnatal period, particularly while still breastfeeding, should also help maintain good posture, thus reducing the risk of back pain, and of course, lose those extra kgs gained and get back in shape.

Regular aerobic activity during pregnancy is beneficial for overall health, as it reduces maternal obesity and pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, assists with weight control, and prevents a disease that could raise the risk of depression and Caesarean section delivery. It will also boost your mental health and energy levels, as well as provide a good role model for the baby.

Pilates


One-on-one or small group sessions are available to emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.
It consists of low-impact flexibility, muscle power, and endurance exercises.

It aids in the reduction of back pain, the prevention of injuries, the increase of energy, flexibility, and mobility, the enhancement of body consciousness, the reduction of menstrual pain, the strengthening of bones, the adjustment of mood, and the improvement of sleep.

Cristina is a FiF, Federazione Italiana Fitness, certified advanced Pilates trainer.

Rehabilitation can help you regain movement and strength, relearn skills, and learn new ones, depending on your injury.
It will help in your mental and emotional recovery from the trauma you have encountered.

Acquagym


Participating in water aerobics and fitness classes on a regular basis will help improve heart health and cardiovascular strength.

The water's pressure serves as a companion in the pool or sea, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure. It tones muscles, reduces cellulite, and burns calories while putting no stress on the joints.

Weight training

A successful resistance workout raises your excess post-exercise oxygen intake (EPOC), which refers to the calories your body continues to consume after you finish working out. It keeps your metabolism going for much longer after exercise than an aerobic workout.
Lifting weights safely requires starting slowly, taking rest days, and always using proper shape. This is because you should only consider and rely on a professional and qualified trainer.
